When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to change and relax in the lounge before your treatment.
What should I wear?
We provide robes, slippers and towels. Wear whatever is comfortable during your treatment; you are always draped.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations are charged half the treatment price.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. We host small groups of up to six for birthdays and bridal parties. Call us to plan it.
