I'm Ava, a documentary-style photographer based in Denver. I love the in-between moments: the nervous laugh before the vows, the toddler who won't sit still, the owner at work in their shop.

My job is to make you comfortable enough to forget the camera, then capture what happens next.

Common questions

How far ahead should we book?

Weddings usually book 9 to 14 months ahead. Portrait sessions often have openings within a few weeks.

Do you travel?

Yes. Travel anywhere in Colorado is included, and destination weddings are quoted on request.

When will we get our photos?

Portrait galleries arrive within 2 weeks and wedding galleries within 6, with a sneak peek in 48 hours.

How do we reserve a date?

A signed agreement and a 30% retainer hold your date. The balance is due two weeks before.
